An old handset intercom in every unit is expensive to repair and doesn’t follow tenants. Altea installs IP video intercoms (UniFi Intercom): one panel at the entrance, a resident directory, calls to the tenant’s phone and remote door release. It combines with access control so everything is managed in one place.

No. Residents answer on their phone through the app; we add indoor viewers only where useful (concierge, superintendent).
Is there a monthly subscription?
Not with UniFi Intercom: it runs on your UniFi console. You pay for hardware and installation only.
Can we keep the old intercom during the switch?
Yes, we can switch entrance by entrance so residents are never cut off.
