Video intercom for buildings in Laval
Laval mixes newer condo towers near the metro stations, large shopping centres, business parks along the A-440 and several industrial areas. Property managers there often want a single system to run several buildings remotely.
An old handset intercom in every unit is expensive to repair and doesn’t follow tenants. Altea installs IP video intercoms (UniFi Intercom): one panel at the entrance, a resident directory, calls to the tenant’s phone and remote door release. It combines with access control so everything is managed in one place.
What we install in Laval
- Video intercom panel at the entrance (UA-G3-Intercom)
- Resident directory and calls to phones
- Indoor viewers for the concierge or superintendent
- Door release and visit history
- Deliveries: one-time codes and courier access
- Replacement of existing wired handsets
What clients in Laval ask us for
- In condo towers we combine an entrance panel, a concierge viewer and resident calls, with a directory the manager keeps current.
- For shops and clinics, an intercom at the back door screens couriers and visitors without leaving the counter.
- In offices, reception answers from a screen or phone and opens remotely after hours.
- At gates and dock doors, a video intercom lets the office open for trucks remotely.
