Fewer locks to rekey, fewer calls to open a door and monitored common areas: access control and IP intercoms make rental management simpler.

Problems we solve

  • Copied keys and cylinders to replace at every move-out
  • Broken handset intercoms with unavailable parts
  • Common doors left open
  • Parcel theft and garage break-ins
  • No record of who came in

What we install

Cards or phones at common doors, a video intercom at the entrance that calls the tenant’s phone, cameras at entrances, parking and common rooms, and a dedicated network for these systems, separate from tenants. The manager adds or removes residents from the app.

For owners of several buildings

Every building appears in one console. A maintenance worker can get access valid only in certain buildings and at certain hours, and a tenant moving between buildings keeps the same credential.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do tenants need an app?

Not required: a card or fob works. The app is a bonus to open remotely and answer the intercom.

Are cameras allowed in rental buildings?

Yes, in common areas, with signage and retention rules. Not inside units or aimed at private doors.
