Footage stays with you on a local recorder, and we set retention, access and signage to comply with Quebec’s Law 25. We also replace old analog systems (DVR), reusing cabling where possible.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work in Saguenay?
Saguenay is about 480 km from our office. We take on planned projects there: a remote preliminary survey (plans, photos), a site visit, then grouped installation. UniFi systems are then managed and supported remotely.
How much does a camera system cost in Saguenay?
For 8 × 4 MP cameras recording continuously for 30 days, you need about 7.8 TB of storage. A G6 camera sells for around $318 on altea.io. The total depends on camera count, cabling and the recorder; the quote in Saguenay is free.
Can we reuse existing coax cabling?
Sometimes, with adapters, but new network cable is more reliable. We assess on site.
Who can see the footage?
Only the people you authorize, each with their own account and a viewing log.
How many days of recording do we need?
It depends on camera count, resolution and your retention policy. Our storage calculator gives an estimate, and Law 25 recommends keeping only what you need.
